What does hall hire cost?

Our three community rates are detailed below

– but you can apply to our booking secretary for special all-day, evening or weekend rates.
You must be over 18 to book the hall, and over 25 if booking a one-off event largely for under-18s – speak to our booking secretary or see our terms and conditions.

Our regular hourly hire rate

£18 per hour, plus £100 security deposit

Please include and pay for any setting up or cleaning time needed.
This volunteer-run hall must be left as you found it, ready for the next user.
The hall online booking system reserves the security deposit from available funds on the payment card – but does not take the money unless requested by us after your event is over.
Go directly to our online booking service (click on the button above) to see what times are available and reserve your slot.

Our regular users’ rate

£11 per hour, no deposit

This rate is available to clubs and groups who offer a local community service or activity run by paid staff.
To qualify, minimum use must be at least twice a month for a minimum of three months.
Apply to the booking secretary at info@crickvillagehall.org before booking to get a discount code.

Our volunteer group rate

£9 per hour, no deposit

This rate is for groups offering a community service or activity run only by volunteers.
Apply to the booking secretary at info@crickvillagehall.org before booking to get a discount code.

Our terms and conditions

The hall was built in 1960 ‘for the use of the inhabitants of Crick and the neighbourhood without distinction or sex or of political, religious or other opinions, and in particular for use for meetings, lectures and classes and for other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation’.

Our terms and conditions have been put in place to protect both users and the hall as a community-owned asset.

Please read them – they form the basis of your contract with the hall whenever you make a booking.
